Reflexology Therapy is a gentle hands on technique that assits the body to move into the Parasympathetic Nervous system. It is a complementary therapy that works along side many others.

Reflexology Therapy has been proven effective in relieving inflamation and pain in the body.
It is effective support for those undergoing cancer treatment with clinical proof that it helps eliviate the negative symptoms associated with woman undergoing breast cancer treatments.
It assits the body in detoxify by stimulating the Urinary, Digestive and Lymphatic Systems to move.
It assists the body in regulating and rebalancing hormones via the Endocrine System.
Since it naturally assits the body to rest in the Parasympathetic System it is also an effective support for individuals living with ADD/ADHD.
As well it is clincally proven to be helpful to those with mental health concerns such as PTSD and anxiety or those experiencing levels of intense or chronic stress.

Reflexology therapy sessions require the client to remain fully clothed. Access to the lower legs and feet is required.

A Reflexology Association of Canada member in good standing since 2005 when she completed her first level of training and received her initial certificate for basic Foot Reflexology.
